Working with one of our independent FDA-Registered laboratories we are able to report that it was determined that at refrigerated at 2° - 8°C (35.6° - 46.4° F) , Sermorelin Acetate will retain appearance and potency and can be kept for up to 210 days. Based on these studies, with the CSPs under storage conditions, it was determined that when refrigerated at 2° - 8°C (35.6° -46.4° F) Sermorelin Acetate can be kept for up to 210 days.
You will find a supplementary label attached to the top of the cap of the vials you receive from our partners, indicating the specific extended Beyond-Use-Date for your medication.
IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM - PerfectRX
As weight loss season accelerates and the volume of orders increases dramatically, please be aware that different-sized vials may be combined to ensure patients have consistent access to prescribed medications at the appropriate dosing schedules. Whenever multiple vials are combined to complete an order, identical concentrations will be used whenever possible, so no changes or additional instructions are needed from the provider. Examples may include an order for a 72mg Tirzepatide being filled with 36mg and 45mg vials for a total of 81mg of active ingredient.
Temperature Statement - PerfectRX
The medication would remain viable and safe at 86 degrees or below for up to 21 days. Or up to 104 degrees for 4 days. So, while the ice packs may no longer be cold upon arrival, we do multiple tests throughout the year, in all seasons, to multiple regions of the US to ensure the medications stay at an acceptable temperature. ProRx, who manufactures the medication, did their own excursion tests that showed the medication to still be stable after 72 hours in transit with no ice packs. It does need to remain refrigerated after being punctured.
