Benzocaine 20% (NeuroMed FA) - rapid onset, short duration
Lidocaine 4% (NeuroMed 7) - medium onset, medium duration
Tetracaine 2% (NeuroMed LA) - rapid onset, extended duration
Onset time for BLT is about 15-20 minutes for the face, and duration is up to 120 minutes. Onset and duration vary depending on where on the body it is being used. Places with thicker dermal layers may take longer
